Therefore, we collect the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Service, adapt it to constantly changing expectations and technologies, maintain the possibility of contacting users completing forms, conduct statistical analysis of the use of our Service in order to further improve it and prepare the best possible content, and increase its functionality. Among other things, for the purposes listed above, we collect and process the necessary data, including personal data, of users. In order to explain as clearly and accessibly as possible the rules and mechanisms used in collecting and processing user data, we have created this Privacy Policy for the service www.harmonyapp.me.

Method and scope of data collection

Our Service collects and processes personal data and other technical data necessary for the proper functioning of the Service that are not personal data. Depending on how the User uses the Service and the type of data, collection takes place either at the User’s initiative by voluntarily providing contact details in appropriate form fields or automatically through mechanisms used in cookies.

Data collected at the User’s initiative.
In order to contact us via the website, the Service User completes the appropriate fields of the contact form, providing data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, purpose of contact, etc. The User may also contact us directly using the provided e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. These forms of direct contact also involve providing personal data. Providing this data is not mandatory, although for obvious reasons this data is necessary for us to be able to contact the User back and respond to their inquiry by e-mail or telephone. By providing contact details, the User consents to their processing for the purpose of handling the request, as well as to sharing this data with processors to the extent necessary to carry out the return contact (telecommunications operators, Polish Post, courier services, services related to named product licensing, hosting providers, etc.). The User has the right to give additional consent for electronic marketing.

Data collected automatically.
During the User’s visit to the Service pages, data in the form of cookies relating to the given visit are automatically collected. These data include, among others, the User’s IP address, screen resolution, browser type, operating system type, domain name, etc. These data do not allow for unambiguous identification of the User and are collected solely to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, continuity of a given session, and for statistical purposes. Automatically collected data may be used to analyze User activity on the Service, perform statistical analyses, and improve the comfort, stability, usability, and functionality of the Service. More information about data collection via cookies can be found later in this policy. Acceptance of cookies is not mandatory, and the options for deleting them and changing browser settings are described later in the section devoted to cookies.

Who is the data controller

The Administrator decides on the purpose and scope of processing data provided at the User’s initiative or collected automatically and contained in cookies created by the website www.harmonyapp.me. The Administrator can be contacted by e-mail at: hello@harmonyapp.me

Data will be processed by the Administrator only if the User has consented to the processing of information provided in forms and has accepted the operation of cookies and the information collected by them.

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time without any negative consequences. As part of our business activities, we also carry out marketing activities, but these are performed solely for our company (e-mail marketing, telemarketing). The obtained data are also processed by our contractors who maintain the Service on their servers and conduct statistical analysis, marketing campaigns, and analysis of these campaigns. We are also obliged to provide the obtained data to entities that are authorized to request them, such as the police, public prosecutors, courts, and certain public authorities – in situations and within the limits specified by law.

Information contained in cookies is stored until consent is withdrawn (deleting cookies and changing browser settings) or until their expiry or update (overwriting) of this data. Information provided via website forms is stored until consent is withdrawn (deleting e-mails and data) or until it expires, which occurs 5 years after the last contact.

At any time, you may request information about whether and what personal data we process. In each case, we will try to fulfill your request. However, it may turn out that this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort – in such a situation, we will inform you of the inability to fulfill the request and its reasons.
